Set up time is Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Tear down begins Saturday at 6:00 PM. No early tear downs are permitted unless prior arrangements have been approved by management. Unauthorized early tear down will result in a $50 fee.

This venue offers high-visibility Main Street exposure with ample free parking.

Rose Court Events has a successful history of events at this venue with extensive advertising and strong community attendance.

Booth sharing is permitted. The primary vendor is responsible for ensuring all secondary/shared vendors complete the required secondary vendor application.

Direct Sales/MLM representatives may represent only one company per booth.
-
We typically allow only one representative per Direct Sales/MLM company per event, with limited exceptions. No more than two representatives from the same company will be approved for a single event.

Booth locations, booth sizes, and event layouts are subject to adjustment as needed during final event planning in order to improve overall event flow, shopper experience, vendor visibility, category balance, and presentation of the event as a whole.

Vendors will receive booth space equal to or greater than the value of the space purchased. In many cases, layout adjustments may result in additional space or upgraded placement at no additional charge.

Booth relocations or layout adjustments made by Rose Court Events do not qualify for refunds, credits, discounts, or compensation.

This is a floor space only event. Pipe and drape are not provided.

No helium balloons are permitted inside the building.

No vehicles are permitted inside the building.

Vendors are expected to help promote the event through social media, word of mouth, and other reasonable efforts.

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff, management, venue personnel, city/county employees, and all others involved with the event. Aggressive, confrontational, disruptive, or high-pressure sales tactics are not permitted.

Vendors are responsible for the actions and supervision of all individuals associated with their booth, including employees, assistants, guests, and children.

Event equipment, curtains, displays, signage, and other Rose Court Events property may not be climbed on, played with, moved, damaged, or misused in any manner.

Vendors will be held financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or anyone associated with their booth. Fees for repair or replacement of damaged property may be assessed as necessary.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their booth space clean and free of trash, boxes, tape, food waste, zip ties, and debris at the conclusion of the event. Vendors who leave trash or other items behind will be charged a $25 cleaning fee.• Vendors must relocate vehicles and trailers to designated vendor parking areas before show opening each day unless prior approval has been granted. Accommodations will only be made for vendors displaying a valid handicap placard. Failure to relocate vehicles may result in a $25 parking fee per incident.

This is not a central checkout event. Vendors are responsible for all sales, transactions, taxes, and customer interactions related to their business.

Vendor insurance is not required. However, vendors participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for any loss, damage, liability, or issues arising from participation in the event.

Door prize donations are required as part of booth participation. Vendors must provide a minimum $15 value item at check-in unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. Additional promotional opportunities may be offered for larger prize donations. Shopper engagement and giveaways contribute to the continued growth and success of the event for all vendors.

This event is free admission for shoppers.
