  • Set Up Time is Friday 8am-12:00pm

  • Show Times are Friday May 6th 1pm-8pm & Saturday May 7th 10am-6pm

  • Take Down - Saturday 6pm - NO EARLY TAKE DOWNS!!!

  • Food Vendors & Samples are Welcome

  • 140+ Available Vendor Booth Spaces

  • No Refunds

  • Successful History of Events at this Venue with Thousands of Shoppers

  • Extensive Advertising

  • Venue has High Traffic Main Street Visibility with Ample Free Parking 

  • Booth Sharing is Allowed - Primary Vendor Must Ensure that all Secondary (Sharing) Vendors Apply with Secondary Application

  • Direct Sales / MLM Reps can only represent one specific company per booth. 

  • We Normally only allow 1 Direct Sales / MLM booth for each company per show (Few exceptions apply - Never more that two per event)

  • No Pipe/Drape - Floor Space Only

  • No Helium Balloons Allowed Inside

  • Vendors are expected to help promote the show through social media, word of mouth and other options.

  • Vendors are expected to be kind, and professional with all other vendors, with staff & management, with city , county, government workers, with volunteers and with every person attending the event.

  • No Vehicles Allowed Inside building 

  • NOT CENTRAL CHECKOUT - We Never take a percentage of sales, Vendors are responsible for their own sales

  • Insurance is Not Required. However, Vendors apply at their own risk and are responsible for all issues arising from their participation.

  • Door Prizes are Not required, but we have special promotions to help encourage vendor donated prizes for our shoppers.  The more fun the shoppers have, the more our event grows and the more success for Vendors

  • This Event is FREE Admission!!!
